I went to run with Daryl in the morning and was late for church so I missed the whole worship segment. After that, I stayed back in church for games committee meeting and found out that the games were quite interesting. However, there is a lot of work that we need to do as a committee, and the games are not as simple as it sounds.

19 May 2008, Monday

Since it is Vesak Day, I went to Daryl’s house to gym and run. We exercised till around ten plus before he came over to my house to swim in the afternoon. Bowling training was cancelled due to the public holiday and I wished it was still on.

20 May 2008, Tuesday

I went for my first sailing physical training. The people there are quite friendly and I got to know some new people. The trainings were not tiring initially, but the static training was quite intense especially on the abdominal muscles. After training, I made my way home with Christopher who was from sailing and I knew him when he came to my church last time.

21 May 2008, Wednesday

I did well for the practical lesson getting an ‘A’ grade for the overall practical assessment. School ended at about twelve, but it was a tiring day even though lessons were short.

22 May 2008, Thursday

I had a bowling competition which I performed quite badly. I got six strikes in a row for the first game, but that was not enough to get me into the top five positions. On the last game, I scored the highest among my three other games with a score of 191. I only had one open frame on the last frame, but that was bad enough to take away my 200 plus high score which I have been training so hard for. Anyway, I think I still got lots of rooms for improvement in bowling.

23 May 2008, Friday

I went down to Mount Faber Safra to watch the "Singapore Open Bowling Competition" for awhile and check out some bowling ball prices before going home to do my school work. I have a lot of school work to do so my weekend is going to be very packed.

24 May 2008, Saturday

In the morning, I was rushing my school work. After that, I went for Hillsong United worship at Singapore Expo. It was really great, the atmosphere and everything. I felt God’s presence during the worship and I prayed in tongues for awhile too. I just hope that my church can have worship like this every week and that everyone will really sing out loud and shout their praises unto God.
