Scientist in United Kingdom did a research and found out that the third week of January would be the period where people are most emotional. This was what I read from my quiet time book and I feel that it is really true. For me, this January was the worst period I ever had in my life so far.
Starting from the first day, which was New Year’s Day, everything just did not go my way. Life felt so slow. Everything seemed to be against me like, school, tests, and many others. However, I am really glad that everything is coming to an end and I look forward to the next month. Thank God for carrying me through this period and for giving me the friends that I really needed.
This is also the month of my examinations. Although I get very stressed up and have lots of topics to revise on, I am thankful that God has got me this far. I have already completed three papers and I have two more to go. Way to go, Joey.
I will give myself till the end of this month before I move on with my life at a faster pace and I am not waiting. I still have many things to achieve and I believe letting go of certain things will lead me to greater heights. I tried so hard, but I failed even harder. Every step I take seemed like a bigger mistake. The past will be the past and it will never happen again. This life I live in 2008 will be different from the past because it will be better than ever.
I would like to thank God for putting some new friends in my life this month. It is not by coincidence, but by faith that I made new friends in and outside of school. Whatever that comes my way, let it be. I will be working hard to make the live worth living for. May more achievements come my way.
