Three more days before the scout camp starts, which also means bridge spree. I woke up at nine and went to the supermarket at central to get some ingredients for my cheesecake. The ingredients were rather expensive, but my mother paid for it so it was okay. Anyway, I am going to make the cake very delicious so the ingredients have to be good stuff.

I could not find one of the ingredients in the supermarket, so I had to go down to Bugis in the afternoon to get it. I called Jun Kai to meet me at Bugis train station and we went shopping and I also got the ingredient that I needed. I went home after that while Jun Kai went back to his work place.

By the time I got home, it was almost time for dinner, so I prepared the ingredients that I needed for the cheesecake and had dinner first. After dinner, my maid cleared up the kitchen and I started making the cheesecake crust. My sister helped me with the crust and gave me a few useful tips. Thanks sister.

I managed to get the cake ready at about nine plus and I think by tonight it will be ready to eat. Okay, I am thinking about having it for breakfast. If the cheesecake is good, I will try to improve on my weak areas and make some adjustments to improve the taste of it.
