It is so hard to believe that the Chinese New Year celebrations are coming to an end. Tomorrow, it will be the last day I will go visiting before everyone goes back to the normal working life. I woke up at an amazingly late time of eleven this morning and my parents or maid did not bother to wake me up. I just woke up, ate breakfast, and it was about time for lunch before I know it.
After lunch, my family and I cleaned and packed up the whole house. It is like a little too late, but at least we managed to clear the store room and I managed to clean up my room. My cousin came at about three plus and gave me and my siblings red packets. She even played bridge with us and was really good at it. I hope to learn some tricks from her one day.
In the evening, I will be going over to a friend’s house for dinner with my family. My family will be bringing bee hoon over and I heard there is also curry. Tomorrow, I will be going over to Joel’s house for steamboat in the afternoon with the other crusaders from my school. I hope to enjoy myself before the Chinese New Year celebrations comes to an end.
