Well, it is like Valentine’s Day part two in the streets. When I went to Orchard to look for a job again, I saw many girls still holding roses. However there are no girls hugging big teddy bears in the streets. The girls holding roses probably got belated Valentine’s Day presents.
I cannot wait to get a job, but most of the jobs either want me to work on weekends or the pay is too low. My mother just called me in the afternoon saying that her friend has a job for me, but I do not know whether to take it up or not. Maybe I am just too choosy that is why I cannot get any job.
It will be about a week before I will start teaching windsurfing again. I certainly cannot wait to go out to the sea again and enjoy the fun plus the strong winds. I hope that I can remember to windsurf properly, because Da Ming and I will be training my secondary school’s scouts for the upcoming National Windsurfing Regatta in May or June.
I must tell myself to get a job by next week and not be too choosy, because if I am too choosy no job will suit me and I think I will spend the rest of my holidays at home. I cannot wait for the next bowling training and I want to earn enough money to get another bowling ball.
