What would you expect if I told you I went for an overnight prayer meeting in church? Praying the whole night through till the next morning? Well actually not, because it was not just prayer but there were also games, sharing and reflections. Jeremy also specially prepared a twenty minute slide show on the past year’s events and I think he did a good job. Many unforgettable moments were captured in the slide show with funny moments too.

The youth ministry in my church has certainly grown in number. It had about one hundred youths attending the youth programmes last year and it will continue to multiply even more by the grace of God. My cell group will also be moving to the Saturday cell group this year due to lack of leaders, but I think I should be able to make it despite my busy schedule.

The whole morning was spent outside the house because I drove my family out for breakfast at Chinatown before going for a scout meeting downstairs. The scout meeting started at ten and ended around twelve plus. We discussed about the year’s programme and the commitment we can make for the year.

My friend Da Ming and I were given the responsibility to take care of the windsurfing training. It is a very big responsibility as this year will be the third National Windsurfing Championships. We are supposed to train the boys to top form to clinch the championship for a third year running. I think it will not be an easy task, but I will put in my best effort to train the boys and also take the opportunity to improve on my windsurfing skills.
