I took home many valuable lessons from the fusion event during the two days. One of the most important lessons I learnt during the drums worship conference was about humility. This is indeed a very important thing we all need to apply in our lives whoever we are.
The sad thing about fusion for me is that many of my non-believer friends were unable to make it. The sermon was very good and there were dances and plays put up by the various churches too.
The event ended at about ten plus last night and together with my church friends we celebrated our youth leader’s birthday there right after the worship. We took photos and even had a slice of cake for him. After that, we all left the place together and headed for home because it was getting late and we will have church service the next morning.
This monring, I woke up early to go to church to study before the service started. There was no cell group for me as mine was on a Saturday and I missed it because I was at fusion. Tomorrow I have a test on software applications, a formal report to hand up, and a presentation to give. Luckily for me the presentation is completed, so I am left with the formal report to complete and to study for the test.
There will be bowling training tomorrow and I hope my friends will be going too so that I will have company. On Thursday, I have a chemistry test and a mathematics test. I just hope that I will be able to use my time wisely this week because it will be a very busy week for me.
