I just came home from bowling and my performance was better. I am also very happy as I broke my own personal record with 159 points. I also had a turkey, which means three strikes in a row and a couple of spares. My performance was good I would say for myself only, because the other bowlers bowled really well and they were much better than me. One of my friend who is in year two bowled a clean game, which means he cleared all the pins and his score was 200 plus.
I am glad that I can aim better than last week as I was more serious about training ever since last Saturday when I could not make it into the school team. However, the coach has not selected the other four bowlers and I hope that I could be one of them.
Also, I got to know a new friend from bowling who is also a Christian and he is from a Methodist church. He is quite good in bowling and it was the first time he is using his new bowling ball as he just bought it earlier. I hope to continue to bowl better, improve my performance, and hopefully break my personal record high score again soon.
